王晓芳，女，现任中国人民大学商学院管理科学与工程系副教授。主要研究方向是医疗服务管理，运营管理（侧重服务业和制造业中的服务部分），收益管理，基于约束的调度优化，金融与运营管理接口；主要讲授的课程有运营管理（MBA核心课程），收益管理，统计质量控制，服务运营管理（全英文）。
